An award-winning Director of Construction in the New York City real estate market, with over 20-years’ experience, Ms. Durcan specializes in luxury residential and historic restoration. Her experience includes renovation of Broadway theaters; sustainability management for The World Trade Center, Transportation Hub; interior retrofits for financial and educational institutions; and luxury residential new construction. She calls on this expertise to identify the particular needs for each estate she manages. Ms. Durcan’s work includes strategic planning, property and staff management, and resilient building expertise.
